General Community Guidelines

CollarNcuffs Femdom Community is well known for its friendliness and willingness to help. In order to keep that reputation, and to be able to act on those instances where our reputation may be damaged, we have made a set of simple of code of conduct and rules every member needs to abide by. This etiquette applies to all members. We would like everyone to respect this etiquette or should that be netiquette.

Just remember, that your participation on CollarNcuffs is always subject to our full Terms of Use. For full terms of service please see the full document labelled by activating your profile you have agreed to all all provisions, legalities, and conditions set forth and are 21 or older.

Purpose of the forums

To Enjoy Yourself and find the answers you seek
No, seriously, enjoy yourself! If this is your first time joining a kinky community we know it can be scary at first. We recommend you go at a pace that you feel most comfortable. Join groups that catch your attention , read what other people have to say, participate in discussions and strike up conversations with people that pique your interest. If you reach out, others will reach back.

The forums are here for Members (over the legal age limit of your Country. To enter CNC all users must be over 21 in age) to discuss aspects of Femdom (and Fetish) Lifestyles. Feel free to ask a question, talk about your own Femdom experiences or comment on others’ experiences. If you only like to read what others have posted, and not post yourself, that is welcome as well. However, we do like to see new faces around and everyone’s opinion is welcome no matter how inexperienced or experienced you are.

Please note we have zero tolerance for solicitation, prostitution, Pro/fin Domme, sugar Momma or Cam Girl self promotion. Those involved within the sex industry (E.G Adult merchandisers, Dungeon owners) are welcome with some caveats. We understand how you make your living is a huge part of your life and its hard to not discuss this. Occasional comments regarding personal (sex industry) business will be allowed when intertwined with appropriate conversation. In short if a business owner is here to socialize and be a apart of the community, we welcome them (and what they do). If a business owner is here solely to promote and advertise, we will show them the door!

Be Open-Minded and Non-Judgmental

People often say to us how they love the fact that CollarNcuffs community is so open-minded and non-judgmental, and we are proud of that. Please help us make sure CollarNcuffs stays this way. There is no place on here for any “my kink is ok but yours is not” attitude. If you have that attitude please take it else where.

Our desire is to make these forums, chatrooms and site an enjoyable place for everyone to hold discussions and share information and education. For that reason, we try to prevent or delete personal attacks on Members while at the same time not stifling Members from being able to comment on the subject matter. It is a delicate balance and we don’t claim to be perfect. As long as you are commenting on the topic or a reply within the forum guidelines, and not making a personal attack on a Member, your post should be fine.

Play Nice

It is ok to disagree with someone, but it is another thing altogether to attack them. We don’t accept aggressive personal attacks, criminal accusations, making fun of, trolling, flaming, bullying, racial slurs… pretty much any type of disrespectful behavior that degrades the quality of discussions and people’s experience here on CollarNcuffs.
People don’t come to CollarNcuffs to be abused… unless of course that is their kink… in that case we don’t judge if they post it in the right and appropriate place

Example. “I totally disagree with you” is ok… “I think you are a frackin’ dumb ass fucktard and you are wrong” is not ok.

Private Conversations Should Be Kept Private

Private conversations between two members should stay private, unless of course, the two people who were having the conversation both agree to it being posted publicly. It is just common courtesy.

Don’t Out Anyone

Each person on CollarNcuffs is comfortable with different pieces of their personal information being revealed. Some people don’t mind you using their full real name and others don’t want you to even use their first name. Please make a conscious effort to respect each person’s comfort level.
Also, to protect members of the community, we don’t allow phone numbers or addresses to be posted publicly on CollarNcuffs unless they are for a business, organization or event. By all means share your Email , phone number or contact details via private message but please do not so on your profile.

Take Everything You Read With A Grain of Salt

CollarNcuffs is for entertainment, informational, and educational purposes only. We are not exclusively a dating site please keep this in mind when corresponding with others. What people post is not verified by anyone for it’s accuracy. What you read on CollarNcuffs should not be construed as actual, professional advice. You should always consult a qualified professional if you are doubt. Femdom isn’t a pair of sweat pants, rarely does a one size fits all approach work within Femdom when it comes to relationships. Although a one size fits all approach does work when you’re discussions are about safety and SSC within Femdom.

The following is ‘abbreviated‘ Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy set forth by CollarNcuffs

Certain Topics Are Prohibited

Certain topics are prohibited on CollarNcuffs. Some of them are for legal reasons and others are because we wish Femdom to be seen in a more positive light with in the general mainstream population.
You can have intellectual discussions, but not sexualize or publicly fantasize, about the following topics: real murder, animal abuse, anything involving minors or depicting minors (even yourself), snuff, necrophilia, cannibalism, drug use during scenes and bestiality within the appropriate areas.

Basic Conduct related outlines:

There will be no racial, ethnic, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion, or lifestyle based insults nor any other discrimination based on personal characteristics.

Adult diaper/baby fetish is a violation of our AUP(Acceptable Use Policy). I believe that includes, diapers, pacifiers, and bottles, Calling a partner Mummy while sexual activity is being mentioned.
No Pictures or Videos of Kids Allowed (even your own!)
The community has spoken and they do not want to see any pictures or videos of people under the age of 21 on CollarNcuffs. It is not illegal to have innocent pictures or videos of kids on sites like CollarNcuffs but the community prefers we keep a 21+ rule. We have made it rule, so please, we’d like to keep to you around! So, please don’t post under 21 or involve them ‘live’ chatroom discussions. (e.g My son is doing such and such is ok. Not ok is your son posting ‘Mom has to leave the keyboard to see to my brother’) Exposing children or including children to adult conversations will not be tolerated.
most servers/country laws forbids any content, whether it be an image, cartoon, anime, written words, etc., that may be construed as involving or representing underage participants. Even if said participants are adult.

We know some of you have an interest in this subject (and other subjects that are disallowed), and are probably upset that you do not have the freedom to post what you want on CollarNcuffs. However, CollarNcuffs must abide by the policies set forth by Individual governments.

There will be no posts meant to offend or hurt any other Member in a manner which, in the sole judgment of the CNC staff and Moderators, is offensive or inflammatory.

Any impersonation of another Members within this domain name, in any mode of communication, is strictly prohibited and will result in banning.

Keep in mind that all Support Crew are regular members just like you and offer their support in their spare time out of their own free will. Please respect that and be patient if you don’t receive an answer straight away.

Professional and Financial Dominants must stay away from CollarNcuffs. We have a zero tolerance. No Solicitation or advertising of such services will be permitted. Professional and Financial Dominants who are detected/reported or found to be soliciting , will have their accounts terminated and banned from this community immediately. CNC does not allow ANY Financial and Pro Dommes under any circumstances. We understand you are needed part of society and you are often 100% legal but recent laws hold website owners liable if you are not. You now find this is occurring on all adult social networking sites.

MissBonnies mother Hen Warning

CNC caution all its members on meeting one another outside of this community and in real world. Although we try to keep this community safe for everyone, we can not guarantee your safety when you meet members you have met on this site. CNC can not accept any responsibility for your safety or well being when you meet any members outside of this community. Please set up a safe call. If you don’t know what that is see our Femdom 101 section.

No, really means NO…Do not be a pest..

If you do not get positive feedback or vibes from a member or if you are turned down…Please suck it up and move on… Remember there is a fine line between being an ardent admirer and a stalker. Let’s not cross that line! We are not a dating and contact site, CollarNcuffs is a social networking site.

Just because a male or female is listed as a Submissive or Slave, it does not mean they are expected to be submissive to any and everyone they meet. It is not a mandatory requirement that Subs, Slaves (be they male or female) to submit to or be subservient to every person who contacts them in this community.

No Domme may use abusive, offensive or threatening language with other members without their consent. Respect is earned! Any dominant on CNC found to be asking for tribute, gift , payment or exchange for service, will be removed without explanation

MaleDoms will not be tolerated. Male Switches Take Heed, you are mildly tolerated. You are not overly welcomed here in your Switch form. Femdom implies you are sub ONLY and only have one role. We only wish to hear or know about, your submissiveness. Those not heeding this warning will be removed.

Male Switches are expected to abide also by the Codes of conduct. Remember, this community has been placed here for Dominant females and male/female submissives only! Male switches should be mindful of that fact, this is your past history and can only be worded as such. Male switches are allowed to place a profile as long as they are here to explore “only” their submissive side. If any Switch male approaches another member as a Dom or switch and that member reports his activity, his profile will be deleted and he will be banned from any further access to this community for life. As said prior we don’t wish to even hear about anything other than how submissive you are.

Profile related:

Members profiles’ fields must be filled with comprehensive sentences in accordance to the title of that particular field. Those found with non comprehensive off topic sentences in order to bypass our mandatory field will be deleted (e.g: aswtrw veyry nbwn e55 6qwv q456vg 6q5q3 v45yt opqwp retyty ropkjuh) Laundry lists of kinks will also not be tolerated. A condition of entry is at least a complete sentence in your about me section.

We think it only fair members have 7 days grace to use the forum. Being Free, we haven’t taken any thing away from you. Not posting we also haven’t taken anything away, you are welcome to rejoin. Technically you have lost nothing, since you had nothing to loose.

While we would dearly love not to do this, often some join, find what they want move on, and leave. Profiles making one post will never be deleted. Posting doesn’t have to be an issue. There are many places within CNC Forum that starting a thread is simple to do, this will guarantee you remain a member for the life of the site.

NON posting profiles clutter up the memberships, fill the database, and eventually will lead us space and cost issues. Please note: space is not an issue now, and neither is cost. We (the Admin Team) just feel it is best we address this now before it becomes an issue.

CNC is about people, its not about numbers or google ranking.

Profiles for Businesses, Events or Organizations

What you do is a huge part of who you are. But, in keeping with the spirit of CollarNcuffs and making sure each profile is of an actual person, we don’t allow profiles to be named after a business, event or organization. We encourage you to talk about and link to your business, event or organization on your profile, start a group for it and, where applicable, list all of your upcoming events in a user group . Or alternately post about your business, event or organization in the “reviews” section or blogs. Depending on purpose some content will not be allowed on the general boards if it is for the sole purpose of advertising and or promotions

Dommes who seek any tangible items, gifts, or money in exchange for services will be removed on this site. Dommes who seek financial control, ask for gifts, tribute, money, or any thing of value from submissives will be removed without explanation

The devil is in the personal details

While registering, Information must be accurate and complete. You must submit a working email address and it must be your own. All information must be true and accurate to the best of your knowledge and ability. Any member that provides false or misleading information or registration status could be removed from the site and banned permanently. Only one profile will be permitted per member, those found with multiple profiles, will be banned

Members may not use the words“Sir”, “Master”, or any other term, title or rank that is associated with Male Domination or switching in their profiles or usernames. The reason for this is to discourage male Doms from entering the site and trying to pose as female Dominants or male submissives to circumvent our rules by using those terms associated with Male Domination. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause but it is important to keep this site strictly Femdom and to that end we have to eliminate ambiguity that unscrupulous people may take advantage of.

Profile’s must also not be misleading on sexual orientation. If you are living and working as a transgendered female (for 2 years), we consider you female. If you cross dress only when you have the chance, and haven’t come out to family, friends and your work place, you are male. While we wish to be fair on gender expression we do need to draw a line. If you feel this is wrong please take it up with an Admin at CollarNcuffs@collallarncuffs.com

Shared profiles

Couples are requested to have TWO profiles. Very often on CNC we have groups and functions that only obtainable to one or the other sex or role, couples sharing profiles will miss out on valuable resources and interactions, if they limit themselves to sharing one profile. Additionally posting also becomes a troublesome area, other members do often not know to whom they are addressing within the couple.

If you need to establish an account for your partner, you will both need separate email addresses for the registration process.

Those found with shared profiles, will be requested by a profile moderator to address this. The Profile Moderator must be respected and their wishes carried out. Those not following the directive of the Profile Moderator will be deleted or banned, on a case by case situation.

Topics that are off limits

CollarNcuffs.com operates a SSC site we expect our members to remain within its guidelines.

SSC (Safe, Sane and Consensual) is a frequently heard phrase in BDSM communities, and its roots are deeply entwined with a concern for ethics and, more to the point, fair play.

Safe means that even when we play hard, we avoid causing true harm .

Sane means folks don’t play when they’re angry, intoxicated or drugged, or otherwise not fully able to determine boundaries, and evaluate risk.

Consensual means that players in a scene have provided each other with knowledgeable and informed consent, and that every participant has the right to stop the scene at any time through use of a safeword or other per-designated means.

Anyone under the age of 21, SPAM of any kind, Advertising of any kind unless in the allowed areas, No sex solicitation advertising of any kind, Incest, Bestiality (sex with animals), Insults, or flames Libel, Snuff topics, or those involving death of yourself, or another, Topics intended to inflame, or defame. NO animal crush is allowed. or drug related references/ combining play, no maledom or switch topics

The use of honorifics (capitalizing e.g. U/us W/we) is NOT necessary in this forum if you wish to use them please feel free to do so…but it is not a rule.

Ad related:

Scammers, trolls and users sending bulk email , or abusing our internal mail system will not be tolerated…Form Emails are also forbidden. Who likes spam here please raise your hand? You over there in the back of the group… are you serious? I didn’t think so.
Since nobody likes spam other than spammers, we promise to protect you from it to the best of our ability. This includes cross-posting. We will not tolerate anyone posting the same message more than 3 times anywhere on CollarNcuffs.

If you are linking to external content, you must link directly to that content. It is unacceptable to use link-thru systems to mask the originating URL. Album uploads

In 2004 a law was passed in the US that really messed up some a lot of adult webmasters. The law, called USC TITLE 18, SECTION 2257, basically says that if you display pictures of models on your website, then you have to have legal documentation showing that they are legal age and give consent to display the images on your website.

Our Albums here at CollarNcuffs.com fall under the “adult social networking”section of this law. The law at present reads
Quote: The First Amendment protects your right to communicate legal adult content to the public. However, the law prohibits distribution of obscene material and child pornography. In addition, a federal law, 18 U.S.C. § 2257, currently being challenged in court, imposes record-keeping requirements on a broadly defined category of producers of sexually explicit material.

At present album uploads from members are not in breach by current legislation 2257…as it is not an offense to post ‘secondary’ adult pictures (see below).
Quote: In Sundance Assoc., Inc. v. Reno, 139 F.3d 804 (10th Cir. 1998), the Tenth Circuit rejected the prior regulation’s distinction between primary and secondary producers and entirely exempted from the record-keeping requirements those who merely distribute or those whose activity “does not involve hiring, contracting for, managing, or otherwise arranging for the participation of the performers depicted.” 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(3).

In in effort to protect CollarNcuffs, all Album uploads are at your own personal risk and CollarNcuffs will not be held responsible. We will endeavor to keep you up to date to all subsequent law amendments‘, but in the event of us not receiving notification this is our public disclaimer that we (CollarNcuffs.com) will not held liable.

Images posted to personal member albums, blogs, and profiles

please use common sense. Pictures posted showing non consensual activities will be removed, acts of extreme punishments will also be removed as they may be found as offensive by some views (what is considered extreme will be deemed by the CNC Admin Team) Pictures of Adult diaper/baby fetish is a violation of our AUP(Acceptable Use Policy). I believe that includes, diapers, pacifiers, and bottles, Calling a partner Mummy while sexual activity is being mentioned. Content of such matter will be removed. Images of children under 18 will be removed.

most servers/country laws forbids any content, whether it be an image, cartoon, anime, written words, etc., that may be construed as involving or representing underage participants. Even if said participants are adult.

Problem Resolution:

Someone Breaks One Of Our Femdom Community Guidelines?
We don’t scan CollarNcuffs other than for spam or scammers. So if you come across something that goes against our community guidelines, it is probably because nobody reported it. Please don’t hesitate to report anything that does not look kosher to collarNcuffs@CollarNcuffs.com and one of our Caretakers will investigate. Or alternately contact the Admin Team

What happens when someone breaks any of our guidelines?
Generally we have a “three strikes and you’re out!” policy for simple stuff, but of course it all depends on the situation. Each situation will be assessed.

Each forum has Moderators who can be messaged regarding forum issues or questions you may have. Moderators reserve the right to lock threads at their own discretion for any reason.

Members may not argue a Moderators decision in public posts. Any and all questions about a Moderator’s action or decision must be made directly to the Moderator via private message. If a Member is unhappy with a Moderator’s response, they may bring the situation to the Community Admin team who can then take it further to the Site Admin
The Site Administrator will take whatever action , in their sole judgement, feels is appropriate and such actions are final.

If you believe a topic has been posted in the wrong forum, or is in violation of our guidelines, please contact a Moderator via private message. In such cases, please do not respond publicly to the Member – a Moderator will do what is required once they are notified.

Administrative extras:

Think Twice Before You Hit “Post!”
You can remove any content on your profile at any time. It is your profile after all!
You should think twice though before you start or comment on any discussions. To maintain the integrity of discussions we don’t remove the original post or any comments unless they break one of our guidelines or our Terms of use.
Remember to post in the correct Femdom forum. Take your time to look at other topics and see where your topic should go. If your topic is placed in the wrong forum, it may be moved by a Moderator.

Linked and locked topics may be pruned to reduce page clutter. If you have a question about where your topic went, please message a Moderator or contact the Admin Team instead of starting a new topic asking where it went or posting a duplicate of the original topic. We will be happy to provide you with a link to the new location, or a reason why it was locked, moved and/or removed.

Please note when applying for a NEW account:

You will need to validate your account by a ‘working’ current email address, that you have ACCESS too. Your account will remain inactive, until you do so. If you haven’t received your ‘validation email’ please contact us on CollarNcuffs@collarNcuffs.com we can do this manually for you. Opening more than one account will not bypass this process, only delay you receiving access to all the functions.

The Admin team, a moderator or profile moderator: upon finding double, triple and multiple accounts will attempt to contact you to see which account you wish to remain open. In the event of not receiving a reply to our query, we will within 7 days , assume that you wish ALL accounts, in that name or email address closed.

All email notifications of posts, and PM /returned bounced back to collarncuffs.com servers will assumed to be blocked . We will them assume you do not have a current, valid or working email address. Please add us to to your ‘white list’ of approved senders or remove your spam filter as this is often the case for returned/bounced back emails. Alternately please check your preferred email client does ‘allow’ adult content as some don’t. No joke some don’t.

Name adjustments:

Nick names will no longer be changed for frivolous reasons such upper or lower case to denote role.

Nicknames will no longer be changed for those wishing a new identity. Please if you feel you are un liked, address the reasons like an adult….name change, will NOT change who you are as a person. Opening further accounts in different names will only see you banned on discovery. If you feel you are being treated unfairly, take it up the Admin Account for mediation on your behalf.

If you feel your user name is limiting your potential through a wrong choice…. we will change your name, but only with a valid explanation.

Spelling and typos on registering will also be seen too.

Those having different Femodm forum and chat room names wishing continuity for profile use, will gladly be seen too.

Those wishing to denote owner ship within user names (or removal of ownership), will also be seen as valid reason, but please keep in mind, you do so knowing your account could be lost in the transaction.

Every request for name changes will be judged on merit of the request. Name changes are not a right of membership, but rather a request.

The Admin Team reverses the right to refuse or accept. If you are in doubt, if your reason is valid, please discuss this with the Admin Account

All requested name changes can only be accepted through the admin account…please note forum and chatroom moderators cannot address your requests with there personal profiles, only the Admin account can see to this. The Admin account is for all things site related, personal accounts are for personal matters and correspondence, not site related issues.
